General terms and conditions for our holiday cottages

TOURIST TAX: 1.44€ per person per night

BABY EQUIPMENT (bed, high chair for children under 2) available on request and subject to availability

PET 10 per day per animal.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :
Your flat is available from 4pm. Please vacate your flat by 10.30 a.m. at the latest. Depending on availability, we can adjust these times, please contact us.

CATERING :
For breakfast, we offer a packed breakfast delivered to your door from 8.00am: baguette, home-made jam, butter, orange juice. With hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate) to be prepared in your accommodation: €7.50 per person. This service is available from Wednesday to Monday.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES :

For stays of 1 night: The accommodation must be left as clean as found on arrival. On request or if not returned clean, a cleaning fee will be charged on departure:
- 20 € for a studio
- 30 € for a 2-bedroom flat
- 45 € for the 3-bedroom flat

For stays of 2 nights or more: The accommodation must be left as clean as found on arrival. On request or if not returned clean, a cleaning fee will be charged on departure:
- 50 € for a studio
- 75 € for a 2 bedroom flat
- 100 € for the 3 bedroom flat

LINEN RENTAL :
Included for stays of 1 to 6 nights

Bed linen and towels not provided (for stays of 7 nights or more). Available in the accommodation on request:
- 6 € per person for towels
- 8 € for sheets
- 12 € per person per week for the complete kit

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OF ONE TO SIX NIGHTS

RESERVATION CONDITIONS :
A deposit of 30 % is required on booking, by credit card (Visa, CB, Master Card). The balance must be paid 15 days before the date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
In case of cancellation more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before the date of arrival for any reason, including force majeure, the total amount of the stay is due.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to : info@mas-foucray.fr
In the event of a "no show", a delayed or shortened stay, the total amount of the stay initially booked will be due.

CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OF SEVEN NIGHTS OR MORE

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR OUR HOLIDAY COTTAGES AND FLATS

A deposit of 30 % is required at the time of booking, by credit card (Visa, CB, Master Card), cheque or bank transfer. The balance must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. A credit card imprint is required for each reservation.
